The purpose of GHS is to take the lead in providing independent information and education for the advancement of gut health knowledge.
As a not-for-profit incorporated association, funds derived from the training provided by our scientists and clinicians will be used for the operation of GHS itself and for the support of PhD research programs in the field. We aim to develop national, standardised accreditation, with an official endorsement for those who have been trained in the latest scientific approaches to gut health — GPs, Dieticians, Nutritionists, Naturopaths and other Allied Health professionals.
